Maintainers

|TS| is a trustedfirmware.org maintained project. All contributions are ultimately
merged by the maintainers listed below. Technical ownership of some parts of the
code-base is delegated to the code owners listed below. An acknowledgment from
these code maintainers may be required before the maintainers merge a
contribution.
